  • Testimonial from KK

Online physiotherapy worked for me even better than traditional physiotherapy! The online assessment by the well qualified therapist was accurate and led to the right treatment plan that was provided by a very useful application. Among the pros of the online experience is keeping record of your progress and instant feedback sharing. Highly recommended!

  • Testimonial from GK

The experience was different from the direct contact one has when working with a physiotherapist. However, in every problem, the question that arose during the exercises was immediate and Harris' intervention was effective.

  • Physitrack is a digital platform that allows physiotherapists to create personalized exercise programs, track patient progress, and provide educational resources, helping patients manage their rehabilitation remotely with the support of professional guidance.

  • Yes, your personal information is safe in our online physiotherapy clinic. We use secure, encrypted platforms that abide on GDPR rules to protect your data, ensuring it is confidential and compliant with privacy regulations.

  • Then unfortunately this service is not suitable for you yet. We may add more conditions in the future according to our clinic’s direction.

  • Non-specific chronic low back pain refers to long-lasting back pain that exists for more than 3 months and doesn’t have a clear, identifiable cause such as injury, disease, or a specific medical condition. It could be linked to lumbar structures like intervertebral disc or facet joint pathology and may require a combination of treatments like physiotherapy, exercise, and lifestyle changes (Maher, Underwood & Buchbinder, 2017).

  • To determine if your hip or knee pain is caused by osteoarthritis, a physiotherapist or doctor will assess your symptoms, such as pain during movement, stiffness, and swelling, along with your medical history. If you're unsure, it's best to seek a professional evaluation for an accurate diagnosis.

  • The frequency of virtual appointments depends on your condition and treatment plan. Typically, you'll attend sessions more frequently at the start of your rehabilitation, such as once a week, and then transition to less frequent visits as you progress. Your physiotherapist will tailor the schedule based on your needs and goals.

  • Self-management involves taking an active role in your rehabilitation by following a personalized treatment plan, including exercises, lifestyle changes, and pain management strategies. Throughout your journey, you'll receive support from your physiotherapist through virtual check-ins (in-app chat function), guidance, and adjustments to your plan to ensure you stay on track and make progress.
