Testimonial from K Koukouvitaki
Online physiotherapy worked for me even better than traditional physiotherapy! The online assessment by the well qualified therapist was accurate and led to the right treatment plan that was provided by a very useful application. Among the pros of the online experience is keeping record of your progress and instant feedback sharing. Highly recommended!

Testimonial from G Kyriazis
The experience was different from the direct contact one has when working with a physiotherapist. However, in every problem, the question that arose during the exercises was immediate and Harris' intervention was effective.

Testimonial from S Sapounakis
I really appreciated the flexibility of the remote sessions as I always had to take a day of work to go to a physio appointment. Harris is very knowledgeable and friendly professional, and provided a great service. Also the app was really easy to use and felt more engaging as Harris could leave feedback for my exercises instantly and I could then improve or adjust if I was doing something wrong or if it was uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

It could be linked to psychosocial aspects of the human being, lumbar structures like intervertebral disc or facet joint pathology and may require a combination of treatments like physiotherapy, exercise, and lifestyle changes, etc (Maher, Underwood & Buchbinder, 2017).
